Escape the City, Exhale on the Farm
All-inclusive elopements, slow farm stays, and sweet animal experiences on a picturesque private 9 acre farm in scenic Grass Valley, California
Welcome
We are Caitlin and Richie, and this is our little slice of heaven named We Deux Farm. 9 rolling acres in the Grass Valley foothills where our precious goats graze, a natural spring fed pond catches the light, and life moves at the pace of the seasons.
We built this place for those who are inspired by the natural world and beauty. For people who crave a little reconnection, with the land and with one other. However you come to us, to stay, to marry, or simply to meet the animals, we hope you leave a little softer than you arrived.

"An amazing spot for a weekend couple's getaway! The tea cabinet is such a fun cute activity in the evenings. All the amenities are great, comfy bed, and warm sauna attached to the bedroom. And the best part are the animals. We met the goats and herd dogs in the morning - absolutely precious little farm and we would love to come back if ever in the area again!”

A Living, Working Farm
Our goats and cows graze the pastures by day, watched over by our loyal livestock guardian dogs. A small grove of redwoods stands behind the farmhouse, and our pond anchors the land.
We are slowly growing it all into a full permaculture haven, with native plants, water conservation, healthy soil, and a welcome home for the birds and the bees. When you visit, you become part of that story as we build and grow. Come visit us in our early stages to hear the vision for our farm’s future, stay for a while, and meet the animals.
