General Rules

Read Before Booking

We want your time on the farm to be beautiful, safe, and respectful of the land. Please review the guidelines below before reserving your session.

Guest Count & Booking

• Maximum 5 guests on the property at any time
  (Exceptions may be made for larger family photo sessions — please inquire in advance.)

• All guests must be included in your booking headcount.

• Your booked time includes setup and teardown. Please arrive and depart within your scheduled window.

Property Use

• Outdoor areas only, unless previously approved.

• Please stay within designated areas and respect any fenced or marked-off spaces.

• Do not approach animals behind fencing unless you’ve booked an animal experience.

• No moving, altering, or removing plants, landscaping, or natural features.

• No climbing fences, gates, or trees.

• Quiet enjoyment only — no parties or loud events.

• No restrooms available on-site.

Photography & Filming Guidelines

• Drones are allowed with prior approval only, to protect wildlife and privacy.

• No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, powders, fake snow, or residue-producing materials.

• No open flames, sparklers, candles, fireworks, or fire props.

• Props involving liquids, stains, or heavy equipment must be approved in advance.

Animals

• No pets or outside animals allowed on the property.

Respect for the Land

• This is a working farm — please be mindful of uneven ground, wildlife, and sensitive areas.

• Stay clear of irrigation lines, young plantings, and any marked restoration zones.

• Do not pick or remove plants, flowers, fruit, or branches unless offered by us.

Parking & Arrival

• Parking is available near the barn for up to 3 vehicles.

• Please park only in designated areas — no driving on grass or fields.

• Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Cleanup

• Pack in, pack out. Please remove all trash, props, and personal belongings.

• Any moved furniture or items must be returned to their original place.

Safety

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• No alcohol without prior approval (limited to small celebrations or photos only).

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property due to fire risk.

Respectful Behavior

• Please be kind to the land, the animals, and one another.

• No disruptive behavior, yelling, or inappropriate conduct.

• If you have special requests, reach out in advance — we’re happy to help when possible.

By booking, you agree to these guidelines and help us preserve the farm for future guests and creatives.
