This is a living, working farm. Here is what that means for your stay:
Private, but shared property. Your suite is fully private with it’s own entrance. We live upstairs and may occasionally be heard moving about, often around 7 a.m. Earplugs are in the bedroom for your comfort.
Farm dogs. Our guardian pups are loving but protective, so you may hear a bark now and then, sometimes at night.
Country sounds. Neighboring farms have their own animals, from horses and donkeys to the occasional peacock. It is all part of the rural charm.
Warm weather care. Please wear closed toe shoes and long pants in grassy areas. The occasional rattlesnake calls these foothills home, so we ask you to stay out of uncut grass and pasture.
Nature guests. A bug may wander in now and then. If you are highly sensitive to animals or farm life, this may not be the right fit.
Rural power. Outages are rare but possible. Flashlights are provided, and key amenities are on backup power.
Security. Two exterior cameras record video and audio for everyone's safety.
The basics. Check in after 3:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM, up to 3 guests.

“LOVED this place to pieces. such a nice little getaway to recharge and reconnect with nature. The weather was lovely and the surrounding space was so peaceful. The animals are so cute and it was a total reset for my nervous system. The cabin itself was so neat and comfortable and my sister and I loved the design and layout of the space. It is evident that the hosts put a lot of effort and thought into the Victorian theme and the little details of the space. The hosts were super kind and responsive as well. Definitely highly recommend and already planning our next trip back!”
