Your Gold Country Airbnb Co-host

Get set up for success with local, knowledgable hands-on Airbnb management and listing support that is tailored to you, for Nevada County and Placer County STR hosts.

Why Hosts Love Having Someone Local

Smiling woman with long wavy hair wearing a green blazer, white shirt, and necklace against a dark background.

My love for short term rental hosting started when my husband and I personally renovated our former family home, and later our current home, a local farm in Grass Valley, and listed both on Airbnb. Both properties are design-focused and intentionally planned with experiential hospitality in mind, landing each in the top 1-10% of homes on the platform and maintaining “Guest Favorite” status over the last year.

I'm an Airbnb Superhost averaging a 4.95 star rating and Airbnb Co-Host based right here in Nevada County, so you're getting monthly in-person visits, quick responses when something needs a look, and pricing decisions grounded in what's actually happening in our market, not a national algorithm making guesses from afar.

If you're hoping for a truly hands-off experience with a real, familiar face you can trust, that's exactly what I'm here for.

Services & Pricing

I offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Some hosts want full-service support, while others are simply looking for guidance as they set up their listing.

How Costs Work

Cleaning, maintenance, and supply costs are billed separately from my management fee, always at actual cost, never marked up. You'll see exactly what things cost on a clear monthly statement, no surprises, no guessing games. My fee covers the management itself, nothing more tacked on.

Managed Properties

A cozy kitchen with teal cabinets, white appliances, including an oven and refrigerator, and a wooden dining table with chairs. Decor includes copper pans hanging on the wall, framed vintage artwork, and a small spice rack. A coffee maker and other small items are on the countertop, which is illuminated by natural light from a window with curtains.

We Deux Farm

Our favorite place, our own farm stay, a modern Victorian farmhouse guest suite set on nine peaceful acres in the Grass Valley foothills. It's ranked in the top 1% of homes on the platform, with a 4.98 rating, and guests regularly describe it as beautifully decorated, peaceful, and thoughtfully curated. Between the private infrared sauna, the spring-fed pond, and mornings spent with our own Nigerian Dwarf goats just outside the window, this is the kind of guest experience we help other hosts build toward, one where design, comfort, and a genuine sense of place work together.

The Atomic Lounge- West Sacramento

A retro-designed group retreat we renovated and designed ourselves, this Atomic Era home has earned Guest Favorite status with a 4.93 rating. Guests come for the backyard cedar barrel sauna and cold plunge, the game room, and a projector setup built for movie nights, and consistently mention they never wanted to leave. Located about a mile from the Raley Field/Sutter Health Park area and a short drive to Old Sacramento, it's proof that a thoughtfully designed, well-managed home can perform at the top of its market, sauna and all.
